ok, lets get some older pictures out of the way first. ho hum.
So today me and my illustration class spent the first hour and a half of the day...
BLOWING BUBBLES YAAAAY!
(we did drawing and shit after that, but, c'mon, it's the blowing bubbles you want to hear about.)
It was fun! Aslo, breaking in my 50mm 1.8 lens some more.
Really liking it. The autofocus misses sometimes, but the manual focus is very very easy to do on it, so no biggy. (all the bubble pictures were taken with it by the way.)
Also a few more HDR taken with the new lens. haha, some are a bit extreme.
And finally, this picture that is taking me forever. But, in a good way. Should get another few hours of work done on it tonight.
And remember folks! These are just the flat color layers! After this I have to put down three levels of darker shades ontop of each color layer, and then three levels on lighter shades as well!
IT'S GOING TO BE AWESOME.

dude. its nestor. awesome pictures, you must be having a blast in japan. lets see some of ur stuff too, no? the praying mantis reminded me of the one we became acquainted with on block island.
